Mindful Focus is a browser extension designed to provide custom reminders, website time limits, Facebook usage controls, and user-defined prayer-time notifications.
Data Collection
Mindful Focus does not collect, sell, transmit, or share personal user data with third parties.
The extension does not collect:
- Personally identifiable information
- Health information
- Financial or payment information
- Authentication credentials
- Personal communications
- Location data
- Browsing history
- Website content
- Keystrokes, mouse activity, or other behavioral tracking data
Local Storage
The extension uses Chrome's local storage to save user-selected settings such as reminder schedules, prayer reminder times, website limits, and extension preferences. This information remains stored locally in the user's browser and is not transmitted to an external server.
Website Time Limits
When a user enables website limits, Mindful Focus checks whether an open browser tab matches a website configured by the user. This functionality is used only to provide the requested warning or blocking behavior. The extension does not create or transmit a browsing-history database.
Payments and Donations
Mindful Focus may display optional developer support information such as a PayPal address or bKash number. The extension does not process payments and does not collect payment details, transaction information, card information, or financial account credentials.
Remote Code
Mindful Focus does not execute remotely hosted code. The extension's executable code is included within the installed extension package.
Third Parties
User data is not sold or transferred to third parties except where required by law.
